The main portion of the house is the combination living room, dining room and open kitchen. A fireplace at one end has hand stuccoed chimney and raised tiled hearth for seating and display. The old-fashioned oversized fireplace with gas starter focuses the seating area of the room. A window seat with pillows provides an additional cozy reading area.

Between living and dining room, windowed french doors on opposite walls facing east and west lead to separate walled courtyards and endless vistas.
